Career Guidance Program

CONJOIN recently organized a Career Guidance Program at SCAD College of Engineering & Technology in Cheranmahadevi, Tamilnadu, India. The program focused on the topic of "Plant Maintenance & Product Development Engineering." During the event, students had the opportunity to learn about various aspects of these fields, including the importance of efficient plant maintenance and the process of product development engineering. The program aimed to provide students with valuable insights and knowledge that would help them make informed career choices in the future. It also aimed to bridge the gap between industry requirements and the skills possessed by engineering students. The event was well-received by the students, who appreciated the opportunity to engage with industry experts and gain a better understanding of the field. Overall, the Career Guidance Program was a successful initiative that contributed to the professional development of the students.

CONJOIN expresses its gratitude to the respected Principal Dr. A.Justin Diraviam and the management of SCAD for giving us the opportunity to raise awareness among the aspiring engineers. This event was led by the esteemed Dr. Neopolean, who is the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, with the support of Dr. Allwyn Kingsly Gladston, a professor in the Placement Department. We are thankful for their guidance and assistance in organizing this event. It is through platforms like these that we can empower and educate the young engineers, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
